Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration (CILC).
Tami supports Content Providers, educators, lifelong learners, and community groups by providing mentorship, training, and guidance. Sheplays a key role in helping CILC expand its reach and impact in virtual education. Prior to joining CILC, Tami spent more than 10 years in museum education, including positions at the Minnesota Historical Society. She is a frequent presenter at state and national conferences and is passionate about promoting meaningful virtual learning experiences. Tami co-authored Museums & Interactive Learning (published in 2022), co-founded and co-hosts the Why Distance Learning? podcast, and earned the First Place Gold Award in Distance Learning Research in 2025 and has been award the Community and Impact Award from the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA).
